About The Event
There is so much written about the New World of Work and the changing role of HR that it can all become quite confusing. We believe HR must become a strategic asset and driver of organisational agility. However, the current HR models were developed over 20 years ago and are no longer relevant in the New World of Work. It is time for a holistic reframing of the function, its purpose, capabilities, delivery and impact. That is why we created Adaptive HR.
What is Adaptive HR?
An evidence-based programme that accelerates the transformation and increase the value and impact of the Human Resource function in complex, disruptive and ambiguous environments. An update on theory and models and practical and useful tools to apply in the real world.
Who should attend?
Senior and experienced HR professionals and leaders.
- Demystify the New World of Work
- Creation of new effective blueprints for HR
- Learn how to be the strategic driver of the transformation
- Design exceptional Employee Experiences
- Understand digital HR and People Analytics
- Further evolve OE/OD to help create more adaptive/agile organisations and teams.
