ABOUT THE HR DIRECTORS COMMUNITY

The HR Directors Community is an initiative started by KR in 2020. It is an exclusive membership-based community for HR leaders at executive-level in Southern Africa. Now more than ever, it’s crucial for HR leaders stay connected and keep learning from each other. This community gives you the ability to share vital information with other senior leaders in HR, as well acquire valuable knowledge to help you meet your own challenges. 

Additionally, HR Directors Community also provides the perfect opportunity for HR Directors to support one another during this unprecidented time. It’s a chance to share advice and counsel each other. It also serves as a reminder that we’re all facing similar challenges and that together, we’ll have the courage and knowledge to meet them.

In establishing HR Directors Community we would like to connect the HR fraternity. We want to create a place where you can connect, collaborate and share.  


The HR Directors Community aims to provide members with the opportunity to engage in the sharing of ideas, perspectives and experiences.  Learning happens through deep discussions, reflection and collaboration.
